Shipping is calculated at a flat rate for your convenience depending on framed or unframed prints. Please follow the order process to see custom shipping for your artwork.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Original works of art are calculated per size and weight. Please follow the order process to see custom shipping for your artwork.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

 

PRINTS

Domestic​

Unframed / Each custom print is made to order and usually ships to you within 14 days of purchase.  

Framed / Each custom print is made to order and framed by hand in Queensland and usually arrives within 5 weeks of purchase. 

International

Unframed prints will usually arrive within 4 weeks of order.

ORGINAL ARTWORK

Domestic

Original paintings are usually delivered between 1 - 3 weeks of purchase.

International 

Original paintings are usually delivered between 3 - 5 weeks of purchase.

All Timeframes are an estimate only and occasional delays do occur. We will do our best to make sure your artwork arrives ASAP but can offer no guarantees.

Return & Exchange Policy

Of course we want everyone to love everything you buy from us. Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on items due to change of mind but if the items arrive damaged or lost then replacements or refunds will be issued. Please email me at hello@lieselarden.com if you have any problems with your items that you have received and we will be happy to help.
